This applescript gets the URL in the frontmost Safari window, and opens the corresponding local file in Dreamweaver MX 6.0+. It assumes that you have a local copy of the file.
The first time the script is run, it will ask you to locate the local copy of the site. If you want to choose a different folder, duplicate the script file and run again. Feel free to modify the script and use it however you like.
